WARRANTY COVERAGE

Applies to all crocodile leather and other leather products manufactured directly by 2 ĐÔ Company:

• Footwear: 1 year
• Wallets, Belts, Handbags: 2 years
• Free lifetime maintenance and cleaning at all 2 ĐÔ stores.

Warranty includes: Stitching defects, zipper issues, lining faults, and surface peeling or cracking caused by technical errors.

“1-FOR-1 EXCHANGE WITHIN 1 MONTH” POLICY

If a product has a manufacturer’s defect, customers are entitled to a full replacement, quickly and free of charge within 30 days.

Conditions:

• The product must be a genuine 2 ĐÔ item, purchased from official stores or at 2do.vn.
• Not applicable for sale, clearance, or discontinued items.
• Customers must keep the invoice, box, and warranty card.
• The defect must be verified by 2 ĐÔ’s technical team or authorized staff.

Exchange process:

• If the same item is available, an identical replacement will be provided.
• If out of stock, a product of equivalent value may be chosen instead.

WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO

• Products damaged by scratches, deformation, discoloration due to impact, water, chemicals, sunlight, or improper storage.
• Products that have been engraved, printed, or modified by third parties.

WARRANTY & RETURN PROCEDURE

Customers may bring the product to any 2 ĐÔ store or request free home pick-up and delivery support.

Processing time: 7–10 business days.

AFTER 1 MONTH

If a technical defect occurs after the 1-month exchange period:

• The product will be fully repaired free of charge, or
• Customers receive 30% off when exchanging for a new item.
