2 ĐÔ LEATHER offers same-day delivery for destinations within 20 km from any of our branches. For longer distances, our staff will advise the most convenient delivery method for the customer.

Note: The delivery distance is calculated from the customer’s address to the nearest 2 Đô Leather branch.
3. Product Inspection Policy
Customers will receive the package from the delivery unit and should check the quantity and product model carefully before signing.
A parcel is considered successfully delivered once the customer has signed the delivery record from the shipping unit.
When delivering to the recipient, the delivery staff will wait while the customer inspects the goods. No additional fees will be charged during this process.
If the received goods do not match the invoice or shipping note and the issue is not caused by the carrier, the carrier will prepare a Report of Discrepancy as a witness.
If the error is caused by the carrier, they will prepare a Damage Report and return the goods to the Customer Service Department for resolution.
